09 Deed Signing and Purchase Completion
We oversee the entire process on the day of the deed signing, ensuring everything goes as planned. After signing and key handover, the property is officially transferred to your name, making you the legal owner of the property in the Algarve.
07 Pre-Sale Contract (CPCV)
Once the legal details are approved, we sign the CPCV, securing the property while the final process is completed. At this stage, an initial payment (deposit) is made.
